It is officially summer time and sandal season is in full swing. I am giving my nod of approval to the black and white trend that is making an appearance in the footwear world. I am especially excited for the abundant flat options, as I have recently embraced flats whole heartily. Wearing flats, unless to the pool, is breaking a sartorial rule I made long ago, which excluded flats from my footwear arsenal. I always felt frumpy in flats, which was probably more of a complex than the truth. At any rate, I am singing a different tune about flat shoes and I have my eyes on these seven pairs!
